The Safety Climate Survey comprises five subject areas (Communication, Workload, Leadership, Teamwork and Safety Systems & Learning) with between four to eight questions for each area.
The survey will take a person approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and ideally all staff should complete the survey within a two week timeframe.

Once all staff have completed the survey please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your report.
LAST DATE FOR COMPLETING THE SURVEY ONLINE IS 1ST FEBRUARY. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR REPORT FROM US BY THE 15TH FEBRUARY AT THE LATEST.
